These Terms and Conditions are intended to establish the terms and conditions governing the provision of travel services organized by AL FOR ALL (EXTENSO E EXÓTICO – UNIPESSOAL LDA), with registered office at Rua Forno do Grilho Nº6AA R/ch Frente Entroncamento, with the single registration number 517366428.
The organization of the tours is the responsibility of AL FOR ALL (EXTENSO E EXÓTICO – UNIPESSOAL LDA), referred to in these Terms and Conditions as such or by company.
By contracting with AL FOR ALL (EXTENSO E EXÓTICO – UNIPESSOAL LDA) the Customer acknowledges and accepts all the terms and conditions established.
The client’s registration will only be valid once the questionnaire on the website has been completed and full payment has been made. AL FOR ALL (EXTENSO E EXÓTICO – UNIPESSOAL LDA) reserves the right to cancel any registration for which payment has not been made under the above conditions.
The minimum age for purchases on the AL FOR ALL (EXTENSO E EXÓTICO – UNIPESSOAL LDA) website is 18. Underage participants may only travel accompanied by both parents or just one, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
The client is responsible for any personal or family documentation (identity card, passport, military documentation, authorization for minors, visas and any other documentation required) necessary for the trip.
The client gives express consent for all information, including personal data, provided in relation to their trip to be transmitted to local partners of AL FOR ALL (EXTENSO E EXÓTICO – UNIPESSOAL LDA) in order to be able to carry out the travel program, including tastes and preferences.
AL FOR ALL (EXTENSO E EXÓTICO – UNIPESSOAL LDA) will make the necessary contacts with the customer in order to guarantee the proper functioning of the service.
AL FOR ALL (EXTENSO E EXÓTICO – UNIPESSOAL LDA) is not responsible for any dissatisfaction with the planned itinerary when the client has not expressed an opinion on their preference in this respect.
AL FOR ALL (EXTENSO E EXÓTICO – UNIPESSOAL LDA) is not responsible for any faults with recommended companies, but the companies themselves.
AL FOR ALL (EXTENSO E EXÓTICO – UNIPESSOAL LDA) only makes recommendations based on the type of vacation and the client’s tastes. It is the client’s responsibility to tailor the itinerary to their vacation.
After sending the final itinerary, AL FOR ALL (EXTENSO E EXÓTICO – UNIPESSOAL LDA) is under no obligation to maintain contact with the client and plan for any inconveniences that may arise during the client’s vacation. The client should be aware of the type of unforeseen situations that the trip may involve and resolve them.
ALFORALL Basic – maximum of 10 working days to receive the final script after payment;
ALFORALL EXPRESS – maximum of 5 working days to receive the final script after payment;
ALFORALL PREMIUM – maximum of 3 working days to receive the final script after payment.
The final script will be delivered to the client by e-mail as soon as it is finished.
Customers registered for a tour may not change their registration with different information without the express consent of AL FOR ALL (EXTENSO E EXÓTICO – UNIPESSOAL LDA). If you wish to change any of the answers given in the questionnaire, you must contact the company immediately. If planning has already begun for the point in question, the company is not obliged to reformulate the planning already carried out.
Once the final itinerary has been sent, it is not subject to change. Each traveler must tailor the itinerary to them and their vacation.
If there are conditions that do not allow the client to follow the itinerary provided, it is the client’s responsibility to adapt the route.
If the customer wishes to withdraw and receive a refund, they must notify the company no later than 48 hours after submitting the questionnaire. If, even within this period, AL FOR ALL (EXTENSO E EXÓTICO – UNIPESSOAL LDA) proceeds to send the recommendations of services/companies, the client will lose the total value of the trip program since it has already begun to be planned.
Failure to provide the services provided in the planning for reasons not attributable to AL FOR ALL (EXTENSO E EXÓTICO – UNIPESSOAL LDA) and if it is not possible to replace them with equivalent services, entitles the Client to a refund.
If the final itinerary is not ready by the dates of the trip and has been requested in advance, the client may request a refund.
AL FOR ALL (EXTENSO E EXÓTICO – UNIPESSOAL LDA) will not reimburse the client for not being satisfied with the final itinerary, since the planning of the trip was carried out by the company.
If the client is unable to take the vacation planned by AL FOR ALL (EXTENSO E EXÓTICO – UNIPESSOAL LDA), due to unforeseen personal circumstances, the company will not refund any money.
Complaints may only be considered if they are submitted in writing no later than 20 days after the end of the service provision (sending of the final itinerary).
Any conflict arising from this service contract shall be settled by the Judicial Court of the District of Faro, with express waiver of any other and for all issues not regulated by these Terms and Conditions of Participation, Portuguese Law shall apply.

All prices indicated on the AL FOR ALL (EXTENSO E EXÓTICO – UNIPESSOAL LDA) website already reflect Value Added Tax at the current rate.
